What is Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive, holistic complimentary therapy, suitable for all ages, based on the concept that different points (reflexes) on the feet, lower leg, hands, face and ears correspond to different areas of the body. Reflexologists believe that applying pressure and working these reflexes aids relaxation and helps to improve well-being.

Appointment

Your first appointment would last around +- 90minutes and includes a full consultation of your medical history, current state of health, and lifestyle.  Your expectations are discussed, noted and explained. The treatment itself lasts between 45 – 60 minutes.  After your treatment you will be given the Aftercare guide which explains the possible side effects and how to gain the maximum benefit from the treatment.

Subsequent appointments last +- 60 minutes including report back and follow up.

Treatment

Reflexology is a non-invasive treatment which, as it is only the feet that are worked on, requires that you remove only your shoes and socks and to then sit back on the treatment table. Once you are settled, the Reflexologist will wipe and read the feet, the treatment starts with a short relaxation foot and lower leg massage and then massaging/'working' each reflex on the foot and ending with a short relaxation foot and lower leg massage. The treatment lasts 45 - 60minutes.

The cost of a treatment (Appointment) is £40.00.
